Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values sharply lower on light demand and moderate offerings. 
Select and Choice rib and chuck cuts steady to weak while round and loin cuts 
weak to lower. Beef trimmings weak to lower on light demand and moderate 
offerings.
