USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values firm to higher on moderate to good demand and moderate 
offerings. Select and Choice rib and chuck cuts steady to firm while round cuts 
steady to weak. Select and Choice loin cuts firm to higher. Beef trimmings 
sharply 
higher on good demand and light to moderate offerings.
