Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values firm on Choice and lower on Select on light to 
moderate demand and heavy offerings. Choice rib, chuck, round, and loin cuts
steady to firm. Select rib, round, and loin cuts weak to lower while chuck 
cuts firm.
