LAST WEEK'S ROUND UP:  Another week of trade that was done a 
little bit every day, and it was another week of huge price 
ranges. Nebraska's dressed deals ranged from $175 to $190, 
and Iowa had ranges of $174 to $190. Kansas live prices 
ranged from $114 to $120, while Texas had a full range of 
$110 to $120. Just where weighted averages will fall will be 
interesting to see when summaries come out later this 
morning. According to the Friday afternoon Mandatory reports 
weekly trade volumes were as follows: KS 11,078; NE 25,619; 
TX 5,067; IA 21,086; CO not available due to confidentiality. 

DTN MORNING COMMENTS:  We are picking up some very light trade 
in parts of Nebraska (250 head) at $190 this morning, steady 
with the top end of last week's business. A few Southern live 
asking prices are reported to be around $120. Beef cutouts are 
expected to be lower with generally light box movement.

For the week ending May 16, 2020, Imported Beef Passed for 
Entry in the U.S. totaled 41,699, 111.33% of the previous week 
and 107.88% of the 4-week average.
